We request information from the user on our application form. Here a user must provide contact information (name, mailing address, and email address). This information is used to contact the applicant regarding the services on our website for which they have expressed an interest. This information is also used for billing purposes and in the event of any problems or concerns for which we may need to contact the applicant. This information uses HTTPS for encrypted and secured data transmission.
We may use IP addresses to analyze trends, administer the site, track user’s movement, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. IP addresses are not linked to personally identifiable information.

Notification of Changes
Please read everything on our website and online about any information about the IDP before you submit your application.
Please note that the mandatory requirement based on both UN Conventions 1949 & 1968 is the grey colour booklet, not the card, the card is in case of losing the booklet till we send** the newly printed booklet.
You may cancel your application within one day but will deduct our services cost of 30%* unless we issued and sent the softcopy or print it out, Shipping is not refundable, We will pay the return shipping cost if it is our error, and, not if the shipment went out to the destination. Please contact us immediately if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
We do not accept returns of certain items:
Items returned more than 7 days* of delivery.
Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing elements.
Products with missing information scratched or altered security holograms.
Items purchased from other companies.
*: If you have a solid reason we don't inform you about it on our website.
**: the applicant has to pay for re-printing and shipping costs in case of loss.
